Dua Lipa has filed a $15 million lawsuit in California's Central District against Samsung Electronics America and its parent company.
The suit claims they used a copyrighted backstage photo from the 2024 Austin City Limits Festival on their Crystal UHD DU8000 TV packaging, thus violating her publicity rights, creating a false endorsement, and infringing copyrights and trademarks.
