Chappell Roan proves her power

One of the biggest viral moments from the Grammys was when Chappell Roan picked up an award for best new artist. The "Hot To Go" singer called out record labels for a lack of livable wages and healthcare for aspiring artists.

Following Chappell's speech, Universal Music Group has launched a mental health fund in partnership with Music Health Alliance.

This will provide healthcare support and resources for music industry workers.
